Ade nafe' International ( God With Us)
Ade nafe' International is our international mission and support team. We are commanded by Jesus to Go into the world. While that includes next door as well as down the road, in does not preclude the rest of the world either. This is Skyline's adaptation of that command. We are intimatly involved in missions here at home as well as in the foriegn mission field. We would like to invite anyone with a passion for missions to get involved either by being available for God's call on their life to go, or to help in a support capacity. Skyline Baptist has been involved for the past few years in a joint mission with Trinity Baptist Church of Ardmore, Oklahoma to the people of Malawi Africa. This is an evangelistic mission. It involves giving the gospel as we have been commanded as well as planting churches. We have been personally affected by the planting of Skyline Baptist Malawi and Rocky Mountain Baptist Church Malawi.
In the future we look forward to planting more churches, but to become involved in training missions as well. We are in the process of securing liscense to translate training materials into the Chichewa language and plan to put together a team to go on mission for this purpose. We will also continue to work with Bro. Jimmy May of Trinity for Evangelistic Missions. We are looking for those whom God has called for the 2010 team Malawi.
Whatever you feel God has called on your life for this purpose please let us know. We are in desparate need of prayer partners, team members and financial supporters. It costs on average about $ 4,000.00 to send one missionary over to Malawi. Our prayer is that God will send 4-6 this coming year. It is all in HIs hands and we give Him the glory for the 110,000 + that have come to Christ through these Missions since their inception with Bro. Jimmy May over ten years ago. We believe He will continue to be Glorified.
